Alison Morse Alison is the newest member to Lauren's lab. As the lab's resident biochemical geneticist, Alison applies genomics-based approaches to elucidate the biochemical pathways that regulated phenotypes. She is working on linking statistical methods to biochemical knowledge and is currently involved in the NSF funded project entitled 'Functional Genomics of Transfer Cells'. |

Post Doctoral Associates
Rita Graze Rita is a post doc currently working on assaying allele-specific expression variation within and between species using both microarray and
deep sequencing. She is interested in the evolution of regulatory systems underlying species differences in quantitative traits and the
role of regulatory divergence in interspecific epistasis. |
|
Rob Kulathinal Rob is currently a postdoctoral research fellow working in the McIntyre and Barbazuk (Department of Biology) labs. Rob's interests lie in understanding the evolutionary processes evolved in speciation. Rob uses both population and comparative genomic approaches to identify signatures of selection on early species formation |
