Alternative splicing in cancer

In collaboration with the University of Bari, Italy, and the Institute for Biomedical Technologies of the Italian National Research Council, we are developing computational methods and databases to investigate the relationship between alternative splicing and certain forms of cancer. This work, funded by the European Union through Regione Puglia, is linked with the development of the ASPIC database.
